An extreme take on the volume-shifted, short/wide design movement -- shorter length than a standard board of comparable float, paired with an unusually wide waist (26+ cm even at moderate lengths) to keep boot-out at bay for bigger-footed riders. LocalFreshies' review called it nimble and playful, comparing the feel to riding a short surfboard, with quick turns in tight trees and pinpoint precision on steep terrain thanks to the reduced swing weight. The Good Ride tested it with multiple riders and found it exceptional in a foot to a foot and a half of powder, floating almost effortlessly for a nearly-twin, centered-stance shape, though they noted the board demands a heavier rider or bigger boot size to feel fast and controlled rather than slow edge-to-edge. A separate Good Ride test from reviewer Jordan, riding a smaller 148, echoed the board's smooth edge control once on edge but flagged slower heel-to-toe transitions in tighter, icier conditions.
