Bataleon
Bataleon's dedicated jib and street deck, stripped back to a simple poplar core with beech wood stringers and biax fiberglass to keep costs and weight down. Uses Bataleon's subtlest 3BT variant ('Jib 3BT'), which keeps the center of the board wide and stable while lifting the sidebase only enough to reduce hang-ups on rails and boxes. Whitelines has repeatedly selected the Disaster for its annual best-of list, describing it across several seasons as an extremely forgiving, soft-flexing park board that lets riders get away with sloppy landings -- ideal for progression-focused park riders and beginners building a trick vocabulary, less suited to charging or high speed.
